Adapt Their Characteristics To Be A Stronger Woman

I often see myself in a ‘weaker’ position in my career. It is not because of working as a government servant that I can’t go further. But, most of the time I feel like I am in the wrong career path. Always in my mind asking the same old question “How far can I go?” And each time asking the question makes me feel want to quit and to find some other challenging things to do. In fact, I feel weak each time thinking about the situation.

However, I realized I have to go on with I what I have right now rather than chasing something which has no guarantee yet.

To be a stronger woman – That is what I should do in both life and career and if you feel the same way, this post is dedicate to all of us.

To be a stronger woman – I have in mind that we should have the characteristics of a:

Judge ^_^ which a judge do not accept any kind of information without solid evidence. He/She will be a good listener where they have to listen carefully in each of the debate presented by the lawyers and able to ask questions if required to get to the heart of the issue before anyone else. Besides that, a judge has always been an open minded person and knowledgeable.

Besides a judge’s characteristics, what else? What about Scientist?

I have no doubt that the scientists do have their own quality. They are talented, intelligent and able to do all the hard works outside of our imagination. They also have a very good communication skills. Be it verbal or non verbal. And because of the skills, they are able to give speech and talks, writing of books and research papers. Besides that, scientist put high commitment on the projects they are doing even it takes years to finish. Awesome is the word for them!

Besides judge and scientist, I am thinking of the qualities in Teachers as well. I must say that teachers have the positive mental attitudes ever. They smile when things get tough. Teachers are also very understanding. They understand about their students and could do things to motivate them. Even some parents do not know how to do that. And, the most important thing is teachers have a great deal of patience.

To adapt the characteristics of the judge, the scientist or the teacher is up to us. It is in our hand of how we want to adapt those characteristics to be stronger than what we are now. I know we are strong in our own way but it is never wrong to review how strong we are especially in both mentally and psychology.
